Jeanette was born in San
Francisco, California. She graduated from Sonoma State University in
1976 with B.A. degree in English and a Secondary Teaching Credential
in English and Spanish. In 1984, she earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier
Law School in California. She moved to Denver in 1984 and served as
a law clerk for The Honorable Richard Kaylor, in The Arapahoe Country
District Court. She practiced law until 1989 at which time she and her
husband started a family. Jeanette stayed home to raise their two daughters.
In 1999 she returned to work, joining the City Attorney's Office in
Denver for three years. She became an associate with Wedgle and Kukreja,
P.C. in 2004. Her practice consists primarily of litigation support
for Rick in the area of domestic relations law. She is a member of the
Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
